Wow, I absolutely love this design! Definately an original take on the wings concept, which while I do like what some have had done... I definately feel it's become somewhat of a "fad" thing.

This is by far my favorite "wings" concept I've seen. Beautiful work!

One question, out of curiosity... what is that along the top of the wings? Are those stitches?

Originally I had the cut feathers hanging from the rings (they are supposed to be sort of like metal piercings) so that the thread could be seen attaching to them - I didn't like the thread in front of the wing part though so I just made it so that they attach from behind - so they are just what the threads attaching the feathers to the wings are tied to.

WOW!! that is just amazing . .. really. and the scalpels are just the most meaningful and interesting touch I've ever seen . . . just . . wow. love the details in the feathers, the placement of the ones dangling . .. really gives it a feeling of beauty with a price.

This would be an awsome design for another banner of yours, just add in a little scroll or something between or below the wings to make one. It wouldnt be a bad tattoe either, i especially like the feathers hanging downward
